Your custom artwork will be hand-designed and digitally crafted by one of our talented artists. When making changes to your proof, you will communicate directly with the artist to ensure the changes are exactly how you would like them to be.

Receiving Your Order
A proof of your illustration will be emailed within 3-4 business days.

Please note: Proofs will be sent to the email address provided on your order form. Please respond with change requests as soon as possible. We cannot send your artwork to be printed until your illustration has been approved. To avoid delays, please check email regularly throughout the design process.

Change requests will be made within 1 business day of being received. After you have approved your artwork, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery (this estimate may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons). 

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of of products, we are unable to offer refunds / cancellations after your artwork has been created. If you are not happy with your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it... we are happy to help! 

Order Cancellations
To ensure speedy delivery, we begin designing your artwork soon after your order is placed. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We are unable to cancel orders after a proof has been sent.
