Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of of products, we are unable to offer refunds / cancellations after your artwork has been created. If you are not happy with your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it... we are happy to help! 

Order Cancellations
To ensure speedy delivery, we begin designing your artwork soon after your order is placed. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We are unable to cancel orders after a proof has been sent.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please send a photo of the item to oh.hello.orders@gmail.com to receive a replacement free of charge.
