Ordering

I've placed my order. What happens next?

IN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS:
A proof of your illustration will be emailed to the email address provided on your order form.

After viewing your proof, approve it for printing or make changes until you are 100% satisfied. Please respond with change requests as soon as possible. To avoid delays, please check email regularly throughout the design process (be sure to check your spam folder as well!) Change requests will be made within 1 business day of being received.

AFTER YOU'VE APPROVED YOUR ARTWORK:
After you have approved your artwork, please allow 5-7 days for delivery (this estimate may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons).

Helpful Tip: Keep an eye on your email inbox throughout the process! The sooner we hear back from you at each stage, the sooner you'll have your finished artwork!

I need this soon! Can you rush my order?

Yes! Most orders will receive a proof within 3-4 business days. If you need your artwork sooner, you can add a "rush" to your order. Please note: Adding the rush option will not expedite the shipping process, but will guarantee delivery of your proof within 1 business day. Overall, this will expedite delivery by several days.

To add the rush to your order, please check the "rush order" option when the order is placed. If you have already placed your order and would like to add the rush option, please add it here.

On the order form, there's an option to purchase a "digital version" of my artwork. What is that?

When placing your order, you'll have the option to purchase a "digital file" of your artwork. This is a high-quality, printable file that will be emailed directly to you within 1 business day of approving your artwork.

We LOVE digital files and highly recommend them! Here's why:

• Fast turnaround time
• No shipping delays / fees
• Print at home, through an online printing company, or at a local print shop
• Unlimited amount of copies can be made (personal use only)
• You can print your artwork on blankets, coffee mugs, T-shirts, you name it! (personal use only)
• A digital file is essentially a "backup" of your artwork that can be reprinted if your art is ever damaged or lost.

Can I order a digital file only?

Of course! If you'd only like to order the digital version of your artwork, simply select the "Digital File Only" option when placing your order.

I purchased the digital version of my artwork. Where can I get it printed?

Our favorite local / online printers are: Shutterfly, Staples, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS. Visit any of their websites to order online and have your print(s) shipped directly to your home.

If printing through your local print shop or an online printing service:
Not only can your artwork be printed onto traditional photo paper, it can also be placed on greeting cards, a fine art canvas, and any other medium you can think of!

If printing from your home printer:
We suggest using a heavyweight, matte photo paper or card stock.

I purchased the digital version of my artwork. What size frame do I need?

Your illustration will be compatible with the following frame sizes:

5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24,
A2, A3, A4, A5

If you need a different size, please let us know in your order notes. Sizing cannot be adjusted once artwork is complete.

Can I make changes after I've placed my order?

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate order changes any time before you've approved your proof. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes. The sooner you reach out, the better / faster we can help!

After your artwork has been approved, changes are not possible as we typically start production right away.

Please Note: In some cases, order changes may result in shipping delays.

Designing

How will my artwork be created?

We're so glad you asked! Your custom artwork will be hand-designed and digitally crafted by one of our talented artists. When making changes to your proof, you will communicate directly with the artist to ensure the changes are exactly how you would like them to be.

Is it possible to speed up the design process?

Want to be first in line? Select the 'Rush' add-on when placing your order. This will speed up your artwork creation and move your order to the front of our design queue.

Can I order artwork without any wording or text?

Absolutely! Every piece of artwork is completely customizable. If you prefer to have your artwork designed without text, simply mention this in your order notes and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I make changes after seeing my proof?

Proofing

Will I see a preview of my artwork before shipment?

Yes! We offer artwork proofs on all orders.

We'll start working on your order right away and will send a proof for your approval within 3-4 business days.

You may request unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your artwork!

Is it possible to receive my proof sooner?

Can I make changes to my artwork before shipment?

How long do revisions take?

You will receive your artwork proof within 3-4 business days of placing your order. At that point, you can approve the design for printing or you can request changes.

Most revisions are completed within 1 business day (24 hours), depending on the complexity of the changes.

Please Note: The time for revisions can vary based on the changes you request and how quickly you respond.

Can I make changes after I approve the proof?

After your artwork has been approved, changes are not possible as we start production right away.

Please double-check all spelling and design aspects before approving your artwork.

I haven't received my proof. What should I do?

If 3-4 business days have passed and you haven't received your proof, you may need to check your spam folder.

Please also make sure the correct email address was entered when your order was placed.

If you're still unable find your proof, please contact us and our customer service team will help out right away!

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We are so glad you asked! For a limited time, we are proud to offer free shipping on ALL orders!

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to customers in the United States, but if you are located outside of the US, you can still purchase a digital version our designs through our Etsy shop! After you approve your proof, we will send a high-quality, printable file directly to your inbox. From there, you'll be able to print the artwork yourself using any lab that you'd like!

How long does shipping take?

After your artwork has been approved, your artwork should arrive within 5-7 days (this estimate may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons). Digital files will be sent directly to your inbox within 1 business day.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of of our products, we are unable to offer refunds / cancellations after artwork has been created. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it... we are happy to help! 

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please send us a photo (this will help us understand what went wrong and will speed up the replacement process). Once we receive your photo and description of the issue, we will work quickly to organize a replacement!

How do I cancel my order?

To ensure speedy delivery, we begin designing your artwork soon after your order is placed. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We are unable to cancel orders after a proof has been sent.
