Receiving Your Order
A proof of your illustration will be emailed within 3-4 business days. Please note: Proofs will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Please respond with change requests as soon as possible. We cannot send your artwork to be printed until your illustration has been approved. To avoid delays, please check email regularly throughout the design process

Change requests will be made within 1 business day of being received. After you have approved your artwork, please allow 5-7 days for delivery (this estimate may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons).
